At ZapZest, our products are produced through a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. This means each item is made specially after an order is placed.
Because products are produced on demand, returns are limited unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please check the product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We only accept return requests in the following cases:

Non-Returnable Items
Since each product is made on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

Refunds
Refunds may be approved if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
Size Guide Notice
Please check sizing before ordering. Our apparel products are available in different sizes, and the correct size should be selected before checkout. We are unable to offer returns or refunds for size issues if the product was made and delivered as ordered.
